Young Horse

This award is for Horses age 6 years or younger

1) Proof of age required

• Registration papers accepted

• Age on Coggins accepted if horse is not registered

2) Five  scores must be earned at THREE different shows to be eligible

• More scores can be earned and the highest scores at each of the three required scores will be used to calculate final average

• Scores from three different shows will be used in the calculation of the final percentage

  — If a horse is ridden in a second test of the level only once then that score will be used to compute the final average even if it is a low score

3) Remember scores MUST be earned at two different tests of the level

• Example - 

  — Introductory A and B, A and C, B and C

  — Training 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 1 and 3

• The highest score from each test will be used to calculate final percentage
